I will share an easter egg pattern specially designed for Easter. It is a much more difficult and cute amigurumi compared to ordinary easter patterns. I think it is a very wise choice to give the image of a chick amigurumi coming out of an egg. In this way, making creative amigurumi crochet designs will make both you and those who love you happy. Because who wouldn’t be happy with such a nice gift for Easter? I think it makes everyone happy. Especially children.

Oh, these little chicks! Since spring is here they are getting ready for Easters. For these celebration to be more joyful, they have colored their own hair and gotten in to comfortable and very colorful egg shell pants.
You can be creative and prepare different types of egg shell pants for your own little chicks:
– with lines and spots; – with embroidery;
– with crochet decorations (flowers, bows, leaves e.t.c)
– and many more.

Materials

– Yarn depends on your choice
(I use Alize Cotton Gold 330m/100g) With colors: yellow, white and orange;
– different colors for crocheting spots;
– 2mm crochet hook (or another convenient hook for you);
– 1,75mm crochet hook for crocheting upper line;
– eyes 6mm;
– toys stuffing, scissors, stitch maker, needle and dollmaking needle;
– If you want you can insert some type of rattle in the toy;

ASSEMBLY AND FINISHING TOUCHES

Upper line of the egg shell pants;
Find round 29 on the body, where you left out the FLO loops, attach white yarn and crochet upper line.
Round 1. (sl st, (working in next loop sc, ch2, make sc in the second ch from the hook), sc, sl st) repeat 9 times, sl st in a first loop.
Tighten and pull the threads inside the body.

– If you choose to crochet chick as a girl, then whit a smaller crocheting hook, insert a different color yarn threads as her hair in the middle on top of her head.

BOW

(Yarn color depends on your choice);
In a mr (ch2, 1 dc, 1 tr, 1 dc, ch2, sl st) repeat 2 times
Tighten yarn tails and wrap the bow couple times with the yarn in the middle
Fasten off, leaving a yarn tails for sewing.

– Sew the wings, feets, tail and spots to the body.
– (For a chick girl)
Tie the bow in chick’s hair and sew it to the head.
Tighten and pull the thread inside the head.
Your chick is ready!
