ABBREVIATIONS

MR – Magic Ring
sc – single crochet
inc – increase
dec – decrease
FLO – Front Loops Only
BLO – Back Loops Only

Tree Pattern

Crochet in spiral using green yarn.
R1: 8 sc in MR
R2: inc * 8 = 16 sc
R3: (1 sc, inc) * 8 = 24 sc
R4: (2 sc, inc) * 8 = 32 sc
R5: (3 sc, inc) * 8 = 40 sc
From now on every second round we crochet, we make it BLO.
R6: BLO 40 sc
R7: 40 sc
R8: BLO 40 sc
R9: 40 sc
R10: BLO (3 sc, dec) * 8 = 32 sc
R11: 32 sc
R12: BLO 32 sc
R13: 32 sc
R14: BLO (2 sc, dec) * 8 = 24 sc
R15: 24 sc
R16: BLO 24 sc
Begin stuffing the Christmas tree.
R17: (1 sc, dec) * 8 = 16 sc
R18: BLO 16 sc
R19: dec * 8 = 8 sc
Finish stuffing.
R20: BLO 8 sc
R21: dec * 4 = 4 sc
R22: BLO 4 sc
Now we will make pine needles. Do not cut the yarn as we will work with that further. Work only in the half loops left from the rounds we worked BLO. In each loop make slst and 4 ch, then repeat it all the way down. Fasten off and hide the tail once you reach the last stitch on the leaves.

Friendly Reminder!
Since this part of the crochet Christmas tree is quite repetitive, use it as a chance to slow down and focus on good thoughts. Let it be your moment of calm and relaxation during the busy holiday season—a little time just for you.

CONGRATULATIONS!
Your Crochet Christmas Tree is Ready!
Now it’ s time to get creative—decorate it your way and make it truly one of a kind!
