Today I want to introduce you to a wonderful and easy crochet koala amigurumi pattern. When you look at the koala amigurumi toy, the first thing that probably catches your attention is its big black nose and huge ears. I want to say that the arms and legs of the toy are exactly the same. In this way, when you start crocheting the toy, your hand will get used to it more quickly.
Baby Koala Goofy Crochet Pattern
The color preference of crochet koala toys is usually gray, but you can change the color of the toy according to the gender of your child. A 5.5 mm crochet hook is used in making the toy.

Crocheting the Head

2. Inc repeat 8 times (16)
3. (sc, Inc) repeat 8 times (24)
4. (2sc, Inc) repeat 8 times (32)
5-9. 32 sc (5 rounds)
10. (2sc, dec) repeat 8 times (24)
11. (sc, dec) repeat 8 times (16)
slst into the first st and F.O.
Add your safety eyes between rounds 7 and 8, about 6sts apart
Add a felt nose OR embroider a nose between rounds 7 and 9 (from the tops of the eyes to one round below the eyes) I recommend going through the stitches 3-5 times to make the nose more defined when embroidering.
Stuff the head and hide the yarn tail.
Crocheting the Body
1. 8sc in a MR (8)
2. Inc repeat 8 times (16)
3. (sc, Inc) repeat 8 times (24)
4-9. 24 sc (6 rounds)
10. (Sc, Dec) repeat 8 times (16)
slst into the first st and FO, leaving a tail for sewing.
Stuff the body
Using the tail from the body, sew on the head.
Crocheting the Ears (make 2)
1. 6sc in a MR (6)
2. Inc x6 (12)
3. (sc, Inc) repeat 6 times (18)
4-5. 18 sc (2 rounds)
6. (sc, dec) repeat 6 times (12)
slst into the first st and F.O., leaving a tail for sewing
Do not stuff the ears, do not sew closed Flatten the ears and sew onto the head between rounds 4 and 8, about 3 sts behind the eyes. Make sure to go through both sides of the ear when sewing on.
Crocheting the Arms/Legs (make 4)
1. 6 sc in a MR (6)
2. Inc repeat 6 times (12)
3. 12 sc
4. dec repeat 6 times (6)
slst into the first st and F.O. Stuff the arms and legs lightly while sewing.
Sew the arms onto the body between rounds 7 and 9, 3-4 sts apart. Sew the legs on underneath the arms between rounds 4 and 6.
