I would like to introduce you to a beginner level crochet Christmas tree pattern. You should have noticed the bubble structure of the toy thanks to the bobble stitch technique used in making it. You will need to use chenille yarn when making the crochet christmas tree, but unfortunately no details have been shared about the brand of the yarn used in making the toy. You can choose any type of chenille yarn you want and choose a crochet hook that suits it.
Plush Christmas Tree Pattern
We see that there is a very large golden star on the Christmas tree. The eyes of the Christmas tree are quite large and the size of these large eyes is 18mm.

Using green yarn…
• Round 1: 8sc in MR (8)
Round 2: inc x8 (16)
• Round 3: (sc, inc) x8 (24)
• Round 4: Working in the BLO, (sc, BO) x12 (24)
Bobble stitches are made with 4 unfinished double crochets. There should be 5 loops on your hook before pulling through all loops.
• Round 5: (BO, sc, dec) x6 (18)
• Round 6: (2sc, BO) x6 (18)
• Round 7: (BO, dec) x6 (12)
• Round 8: (sc, BO) x6 (12)
• Add safety eyes into bobbles in round 6
• Remember to pop the bobbles out as you go
• Begin stuffing while keeping the bottom flat
Overstuffing will cause the tree to wobble
• Round 9: (dec, BO) x4 (8)
• Round 10: (sc, MBO) x4 (8)
Mini bobble stitches are made with 3 unfinished double crochets. There should be 4 loops on your hook before pulling through all loops.
• Round 11: (sc, MBO, dec) x2 (6)
• Finish stuffing
• Fasten off leaving a tail for closing
• Sew hole closed
Star
Using yellow or gold yarn…
• Round 1: 5sc in MR (5)
• Round 2: (ch2, starting in 2nd chain from hook, hdc, slst into next stitch) x5
• Slip stitch in the next stitch and fasten off
• Leave tail for sewing
Assembly
• Star
• Sew the star to the top of the tree
• Blush
• Using pink yarn, add blush under the eyes
