Hello everyone after a long break. Today I will share a very chubby amigurumi Pikachu pattern. This original design stands out especially with its chubby appearance and the legs made using the bobble stitch technique. After making the body of the Pikachu amigurumi toy, you will need to shape it, but while making the body of the toy, we will create the legs and arms using bobble stitch. In this way, most of the toy will already be shaped.

Stripes
Make sure the stripes are in the middle of the back.
Use brown yarn.
Start at round 9/10 with the first stripe, make it about 9sc
the next stripe will be at round 7/8 and about 5sc
the last is at round 5/6
2sc wide
TAIL
Start with brown, one round under the biggest stripe and insert your hook. make sure the tail is in the middle from the big stripe.
We now crochet 7 sc along the back for Row 1. Ch 1 and turn your work.
Row 2: 7sc, ch 1 & turn
Row 3: 5sc, change color to yellow, ch 1 & turn
Row 4: 5sc, ch 3 & turn
Row 5: starting the 2nd ch from the hook 5sc, ch 1 & turn
Row 6: 5sc & cut the yarn
Leave a short tail and weave in the ends. I like to use the yarn tails to secure the tail a bit on the back.
EARS
start in brown
Round 1: 4sc in mr (4)
Round 2: (1sc,inc) repeat 2 times (6)
Change color to yellow
Round 3-5: 6sc (3 rounds) (6)
Fasten off and leave a tail. Sew the opening closed.
Start at round 2 and sew the ears on with 3 stitches
