Beginner Pine Christmas Tree Crochet Pattern
Since a very thick yarn is used in making the toy, you will need to use a 6.5 mm crochet hook. You will also need 10 mm safety eyes for the eyes of the toy.

Body (green)
R1:4 sc in a mr (4)
R2: (sc, inc) ×2 (6)
R3: (sc, inc) ×3 (9)

Place the eyes between R4 and R5, 2 sts apart.
Stuff the body (not too much).
R8: dec × 6(6)
F.o. and sew the hole closed.
Star (yellow)
Join the yarn at the top of the tree.
Ch 2, hdc in the 2nd ch from hook, slst in the same st you joined.
F.o. and hide the tails.
Trunk (brown)
Do the same as in “Star”, but join the yarn in the bottom of the tree.
Baubles
Use the red yarn to embroider some baubles and the black yarn to embroider a mouth.
